Print Production Operator (5-10 yrs experience)

We are hiring an experienced print production operator with 5-10 years of hands-on industry experience to join one of our partner sites.

You will run production on commercial printing equipment, manage day-to-day output, supervise junior operators, and be the on-the-ground quality owner for orders going out the door.

What you will do

• Set up, calibrate, and run print jobs across a range of substrates
• Quality-check finished output and reject what is not up to standard
• Supervise junior operators and finishing staff
• Coordinate with our admin team on order timelines and exceptions

Required

• 5-10 years of hands-on commercial print production experience
• Confident with offset and / or large-format digital equipment
• Strong eye for colour, registration, and finishing quality
• Reliable and able to lead a small production team
• Located in (or willing to relocate to) one of: Shomolu Lagos, Kaduna town - Jama Road, Abuja Printing Village, Port Harcourt

Nice to have

• Pre-press experience (file prep, colour profiles)
• Experience with bindery and finishing equipment
