Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains where Ifiok delivers, how production and delivery work, and what you can expect on lead times and cost. Aligned with the FCCPA's transparent-delivery-terms requirements.

Where we deliver

Ifiok delivers within Nigeria. Coverage by state varies as our printer network grows; the destinations available at checkout reflect the current network. If your state is not yet covered, you can still pickup from the printer's location subject to printer agreement.

International shipping is not currently offered.

How an order moves

  1. Order placed and paid. Your order enters the queue for a suitable printer.
  2. Printer accepts and confirms. The printer reviews the file, confirms the production timeline in the order chat, and starts work.
  3. Production. Lead time depends on product and quantity — typical ranges are shown on each product page at checkout. Complex jobs, large quantities, or non-standard substrates take longer.
  4. Ready for dispatch. The printer marks the order ready, attaches any proof photographs, and arranges courier handoff.
  5. In transit. Courier tracking (where the courier provides one) is posted to the order chat.
  6. Delivered. Confirm receipt in the order chat. The confirmation window auto-closes after a set period if you do not respond; once it closes, the printer is paid out.

These are typical ranges. The exact timeline for your order is what the printer confirms in the order chat.

Delivery cost

Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination state and city
  • Product class and quantity (weight or volume)
  • Courier rate at the time of dispatch

The total shown at checkout is what you pay; there are no hidden delivery surcharges added later.

Failed delivery attempts

Couriers usually attempt delivery once or twice. If you are not available and the courier cannot leave the package safely, the order is returned to the courier's depot. We will contact you in the order chat to arrange re-delivery or pickup; re-delivery cost (where the courier charges one) may be passed on if the original delivery was missed for reasons within your control.

Damaged in transit or wrong address

  • Damaged on arrival: raise it in the order chat within 7 days, with photographs. Eligible for refund or reproduction per the Refund Policy.
  • Wrong address you supplied: the order is yours to collect or pay for re-delivery. Double-check the delivery address at checkout.
  • Wrong address recorded by the courier: Ifiok arranges re-delivery at no extra cost to you.

Special-handling items

Vehicle branding and large signage may require on-site fitting by the printer rather than courier delivery. The fitting is scheduled in the order chat after the materials are produced.
