Terms of Service

Version 2 · Effective June 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ifiok (the website, mobile app, design and docs editors, and any related services), operated by Ifiok Global Limited (RC 9302004), a company registered in Nigeria.

By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have your parent or guardian's permission, to use Ifiok.

What Ifiok is

Ifiok is a print-on-demand marketplace. We connect customers who want printed products (business cards, flyers, banners, signage, branded apparel, vehicle branding and similar) with vetted Nigerian printers who produce and deliver them.

Ifiok itself does not manufacture or deliver the items. We provide the platform, payment, design tools, dispute resolution, and quality oversight. The printer is the supplier of the product.

Your account

  • Keep your password confidential and your contact details up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.
  • Provide accurate information (name, address, phone). False information can cause us to suspend the account.
  • Tell us straight away at support@ifiok.ng if you think your account has been used by someone else.

Placing an order

  1. You choose a product, configure it, and optionally upload or design artwork in our editor.
  2. You pay through Paystack or Flutterwave at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
  3. We route the order to a printer. The printer accepts the job and gives a production timeline through the order chat.
  4. The printer produces the order and arranges delivery.
  5. Once you confirm receipt (or the confirmation window expires), the printer is paid out from the held funds.

Pricing, taxes, and currency

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include any VAT that applies. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and printer. We may change pricing at any time, but the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Connecting third-party storage (Google Drive)

Ifiok lets you optionally connect your own Google Drive so your designs can be
saved to your personal cloud storage — for example, when you reach your Ifiok
storage limit. Connecting is optional and requires your explicit consent through
Google.

When connected, Ifiok saves design files to a folder it creates in your Drive and
can manage only the files it creates there. You can disconnect at any time from
your dashboard. Your Google account, its storage limits, and its availability are
governed by your agreement with Google, not Ifiok; Ifiok is not responsible for
your Google account or for files once they are stored in your Drive. Ifiok's
access to Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy,
including its Limited Use requirements.

Acceptable use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Briefly: no illegal content, no infringing material, no harassment, no fraud, no abuse of the dispute system. Violations can result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or termination.

Intellectual property in your designs

The designs and artwork you upload or create in the Ifiok editor remain yours. You grant Ifiok a limited, non-exclusive licence to reproduce them solely to fulfil your order and to provide proofs to the printer assigned to your order. We do not use your designs for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

If a third party reports that your design infringes their copyright, see our DMCA / Copyright Claim portal.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Briefly: defective or undelivered products are eligible for refund or reproduction; custom-printed work delivered to your specification is generally not refundable unless defective.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, raise it in the order chat first — most issues resolve directly with the printer. If that does not work, contact support@ifiok.ng and Ifiok's dispute team will mediate.

Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension while we investigate.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from your account dashboard (Privacy & Data section). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Records required by tax, KYC, or fraud-prevention law are retained per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Ifiok's total liability for any claim relating to your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.

Changes to these Terms

We will post material changes here and bump the version number. We will notify signed-in users by email or in-app banner before significant changes take effect.
