Operations & Product Manager

We are hiring an Operations & Product Manager to own the day-to-day rhythm of how Ifiok runs and how we decide what to ship next.

This is a hybrid role — part product (writing specs, prioritising the roadmap, talking to customers and printers), part operations (vendor management, SLAs, rollout planning, incident response coordination).

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and weekly shipping cadence
• Run customer + printer interviews; turn insights into specs the engineering team can build from
• Coordinate operations across our print partners in Lagos, Kaduna, Abuja, and Port Harcourt
• Define the metrics that tell us if we are winning

Required

• 3+ years in product management, operations, or a hybrid role at a small / scrappy company
• Strong written communication — you can write a spec a developer can build from
• Numerate and comfortable with data
• Empathy for both customers and operators

Nice to have

• Background in print, logistics, marketplaces, or e-commerce
• Prior remote / async work
